Seat
Grab a lawn chair, camp chair or a picnic blanket. We're providing the food and the jams, but we won't have enough chairs for all, so be sure you bring one--unless you'd prefer to lounge in the grass.
Water Bottle
We'll have water stations where you can refill your bottle with refreshing Trussville Springs water. Bring a Nalgene, a canteen or a reused soda bottle. If you bring a disposable bottle, we'll have recycling receptacles where you can dispose of it.
Clothes that can get wet
If the water's high enough, you and your kids may want to take part in some of the activities on the River. So don't forget wading clothes or a swimsuit, a towel, a dry change of clothes and watershoes if you have them. There will also be water cool-down stations available for the kids, so be sure they're prepared to get a little wet.
Sunscreen, Bug Spray, Sunglasses, Umbrella
Don't forget to bring anything you might need to protect you from sun and insects.
